O Gloria acaba de anunciar que o baterista, Fil, está fora da banda. "O Fil não esta mais no Gloria por estarmos buscando outra musicalidade", conta o vocalista, Mi, ao Portal MTV. Veja o recado que o grupo deixou em seu fotolog oficial:
"Comunicamos à todos nossos Fãs e amigos, que, infelizmente à partir de hoje, o baterista Fil não faz mais parte do Gloria. Nossas idéias e pretensões musicais não são mais as mesmas. Depois de conversar muito, decidimos que seguir caminhos diferentes seria a única opção. Gostaríamos de agradecê-lo por todos anos de companheirismo, experiências e situações vividas juntos!
Com certeza tudo ficará na memória. Desejamos boa sorte em todos os projetos de sua vida.
O Gloria continuará com suas atividades normalmente.Todos os shows da agenda serão cumpridos normalmente. A composição e produção do quarto CD já está na reta final. Não vemos a hora de mostrar esse novo trabalho para todos! Em breve novidades! Contamos com todo o apoio e a compreensão dos nossos fãs e amigos.

Em uma das mensagens que escreveu no Twitter, respondendo aos amigos, Fil escreveu: "nunca pararia, se for pra ficar tocando o resto da vida em casa eu vou! mas parar de tocar nao vai rolar" [sic]. Outros integrantes que também já passaram pelo Gloria e, hoje, estão em outras bandas são Yuri Nishida, da VOWE; Gee Rocha, do NX Zero; e Denis Mendes, da VOWE.
No momento, o Gloria trabalha no sucessor do disco homônimo, lançado em 2009. Enquanto o álbum não chega, o grupo participou do último disco de Doncesão, 'Bem Vindo ao Circo'. A colaboração aparece nas faixas 'Ilusionista', com Elliot, e 'Homembala', com Mi, Pizzol e Dr. Caligari.
